Autumn at Gourdon ! The best month to see Corsica from our terrace. And autumnn is a month for a new food.

It is the time of chestnuts, butternut, mushrooms, soups and daubes (meat braised slowly in wine). Almost all our dishes are novel. For the lovers of red meat, the famous angus is of the party, but out of pity do not ask it "well-cooked", it is not made for this, ask instead a rib steak At the other extreme of angus enthusiasts, we thought of vegetarians. There is something for every taste, every style, and every wallet, children will be happy too ... (menu at 11,40 €).

We have the reputation of being attentive to lovers of good wine : a new Bandol (almost a local wine), a new "cru bourgeois" du Médoc (red Bordeaux) . We also think of those who are allergic to gluten (you must ask the serveur) and vegetarians (a plate is provided for them).

Our menu consists exclusively of homemade products with the exception of a few desserts. We have a quality requirement for you, for us, for the reputation of the village. The counterpart is that we are unable to offer you a choice of dozens of different dishes, please accept it. Do not hesitate to send us your comments and to propose some original products to discover, or to rediscover.

The restaurant pays tribute in decoration and in cooking to famous people who, for some, came to the village. Located 15 minutes from Grasse and Valbonne or Sophia Antipolis, not much further from Cannes and Nice, the village is one of "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France". At noon, "Les Grands Hommes" are happy to welcome you and offer fine dining (look lower).

Reservations advised on Sunday, if you wish to have a table with panoramic view.

We are pleased to welcome groups and we offer very competitive rates from Monday to Friday.
